Title	Specialty Crops Coordinator

Salary Range:	To $55,000 + Bonus

Job Description:	Comments: Company engages in the evaluation, development, commercialization and delivery of oils from oilseed crops. "From soil to oil." Responsibilities: Recruit growers to place required number of acres of specific oil crops. Includes meetings, preparation of terms and conditions, trade shows, etc. Assist with agronomic and production questions. Compare alternative cropping plans with governmental support programs. Coordinate grower deliveries into storage sites and/or processing facilities. Undertake storage site inspections and audits as required. Education: Prefer BS or higher in Ag discipline or equivalent work experience. Experience: 2+ years experience in crop production, agribusiness and /or raw materials processing/contracting. Success in profit responsibility, budget/forecasting, negotiation and customer relations. Proven career progress and successful track record. Relevant industry certifications are advantageous. Location: Texas. Travel: 25% NO relocation provided Live today to the fullest because tomorrow is not promised.
