Job Description:	Comments: Further processing company doing hot dogs, hams and sliced luncheon meat. Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the research, testing and development of new products through packaging to differentiate the FUD brand to consumers. He/she will report to the natural quality technology and food safety manager (OTRCF). Candidate will have two direct reports---a formulations person and a process person. Experience: Must have further processed meat experience. Company's primary production is cooked hams and hotdogs. Desires 10 years of further processed meat industry with progressive R & D experience including demonstrated achievements in R & D. Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
