Title	PM Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description:	In charge of maintenance employees, with a focus on quality workmanship, trouble shooting skills and safety. Reduce the possibility of down time through the implementation of Pre-Maintenance procedures. Have strong mechanical and electrical skills. Have strong trouble shooting skills, with the ability to make quick decisions. Be able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing. Plan work schedules and assign duties to maintain adequate staff for effective performance of activities and respond to fluctuating workloads. Review work throughout the work process, and at completion, to ensure that it has been performed properly. Prepare and maintain work records and reports of information, such as employee time and wages, preventative maintenance programs, and inspection results. Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
