Job Description:	QUALIFICATIONS: Working Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems(CMMS) Working Knowledge of Boiler/ Refrigeration Systems Experience with Managing Three shift Maintenance Division Good Communication Skills/ Ability to build a World Class Maintenance Division/Team Ability to read/ understand Spreadsheets / Blueprints/ Contracts Knowledge and understanding of OSHA, USDA, EPA,FDA Regulations/Directives as they pertain to our Business and Core Values RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and Maintain Repair and Maintenance Budget for Beef Facility Manage Preventative/ Predictive Maintenance Systems for Beef facility Ensure that the Maintenance Division complies with all Food Safety, Personal Safety and Environmental Programs, Regulations, and Directives Oversight of Refrigeration/ Boiler Systems including Predictive / Preventative Maintenance Programs Oversight of Electrical Systems including Predictive/ Preventative Maintenance Programs Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
