Job Description:	RESPONSIBILITIES: This position will oversee the financial performance of the company. Responsibilities include management of fiscal operations, including financial policies and procedures, audits, financial statements, cash management, operational budgets, financial forecasts, cash flow projections, accounting processes, bank requirement and monitor the risk management via spread sheets and report positions that are outside the limits set. EXPERIENCE: Position requires 5 years progressive commodity accounting responsibilities with a minimum 5 years in an accounting management type position. Demonstrated experience in finance management, construction accounting and strategic planning. Thorough knowledge required of GAAP, tax reporting and regulations, database experience, and strong analytical, organization and interpersonal skills. Previous experience with ethanol a plus.
