Job Description:	Responsibilities: The contract manager is responsible for performance of contract egg production. Develop and maintain production standards, analyze producers and prepare new or renewed contracts, provide feeding specs, audit production facilities and develop and manage production activities to maintain budget targets. Experience: Demonstrated experience in layer/complex management with strong understanding of production process. Good management and communications skills. Commission/Bonus: Yes Travel: 40% to grower locations Expenses: All paid and company vehicle, relo package negotiable Enjoy life - it has an expiration date!
